THINKING OF SELLING YOUR PROPERTY?

Sellers, when you list with Chad Holland Real Estate, your property is advertised all over the Internet by the largest and most effective syndication networks in the real estate industry. In addition to the Amarillo Multiple Listing Service (MLS), our listings are syndicated to many of the most highly trafficked search sites on the Internet, including Realtor.com, Trulia, Zillow, and Homes & Land.

Additionally, we advertise all of our Farm & Ranch, Hunting & Recreational, Country Homes and Commercial Listings on Lands of Texas, LandWatch and LandAndFarm, the most visited land listing marketplaces on the web.  They are a part of Land.com, the largest online marketplace for buying and selling rural property. The network targets buyers and sellers of recreational land, farms, ranches, lake houses, and rural residential homes.

Crexi, the fastest growing commercial real estate marketplace is utilized for our commercial propertries and all types of land listings.

When appropriate, we take advantage of Social Media such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and Twitter.

We also use magazines such as Haven and Texas Real Estate when appropriate and cost effective.

Ninety-two percent (92%) of all buyers start their search for a new property on the Internet (mainly websites such as Realtor.com, Trulia, Zillow and Homes & Land, as well as Facebook, and other Social Media....not driving up and down streets searching for “For Sale” signs in yards and windows with faded out contact information.  Potential buyers from all over the United States visit our website daily. We receive calls from people from all over the United States inquiring about the properties we have listed. And yes, people from all over United States are purchasing property in this very area, as property prices are very attractive and it is a wonderful area to live, work, hunt, play, or retire to.  As you would also expect, there are some buyers that just want to come back to their roots here in Rural Texas to raise their children, or they simply want to get away from the rat race in the urbanized areas.

To reach the other eight percent (8%) of buyers, we continue to use traditional, yet professional, “For Sale” yard signs, word of mouth, and when appropriate and cost effective, we will advertise on area radio stations, in area newspapers and create marketing flyers for distribution at appropriate venues and events.

Our cooperation to split commissions with Other Cooperating Brokerage Firms, who procure and represent Potential Buyers, broadens your salesforce to all real estate agents across the globe, not just the agents at our firm.

At Chad Holland Real Estate, our experienced REALTORS

Why Hire a Professional REALTOR?

Hiring a REALTOR® means you’ve retained someone who is committed to continuing education, professionalism, and integrity, in addition to upholding the strict REALTOR® Code of Ethics.

A qualified, competent real estate agent will help you navigate the myriad of decisions that arise when buying and selling a home or property.  An agent provides value to the property owner in many ways:

  • Pays for marketing and advertising costs.
  • Adds experience and expertise in all aspects of the sales process including marketing, financing, negotiations and more.
  • Handles all showings.
  • Brings a network of known, trusted real estate professionals. If your agent doesn't have the answer, he or she likely knows someone who does.
  • Always has your interests in mind so you always have someone on your side. (When you are buying, do you honestly think the seller has your best interest at heart? When you are selling, do you think the buyer has your best interest at heart?  Hire a professional to represent you!)
  • Can handle and advise on all price and contract negotiations.
  • Provides you with all the possible options and opportunities without holding back.
  • Gives an unbiased, realistic view of your home or property and your options. Unlike buyers and sellers, an agent has no emotional attachment to property.
  • Has the knowledge to help you ask the right questions.
  • Being a third party, potential buyers are more likely to tell your agent the truth about your home or property, even if it is unflattering. This objective viewpoint will help you make the necessary changes to get your home or property sold.
  • Your time is valuable. A real estate agent allows you to spend your time how you want.
