Cooperating Buyer Broker/Agent Policy Terms and Conditions

We are happy to share our commissions with licensed agents or brokers! However, to participate in the sharing of our listing brokerage fee, the Cooperating Broker (Buyer’s Agent) must be the procuring cause of the sale. Buyer’s Agent must be identified upon first contact with Chad Holland Real Estate. Buyer’s Agent must have a valid Buyer Representation Agreement in place. Buyer’s Agent must also accompany Prospective Buyer on first viewing, all subsequent viewings and all due diligence inspections. If these conditions are not met, then the sharing of our listing brokerage fee is at the sole discretion of the Listing Broker, Chad Holland.
