To participate in the sharing of our listing brokerage fee, both the Buyer and Buyer's Agent must be identified upon first contact with Chad Holland Real Estate. Buyer must accompany Prospective Buyer on first viewing, all subsequent viewings and all due diligence inspections. If these conditions are not met, fee participation will be at the sole discretion of Chad Holland Real Estate, Chad Holland, Listing Broker.
Buyer's Agents, after fully reviewing, please fully complete the Registration Agreement between Brokers, in the link below, have your Broker sign it, and then email it, along with any Prospective Buyer's Financing Pre-Qualification Letter or Pre-Approval Letter, to firstname.lastname@example.org
