CHAD HOLLAND, BROKER / OWNER / REALTOR^®

A 7th Generation Texan, Chad grew up farming and ranching in Wellington where he graduated from Wellington High School in 1984.  He began his banking career while attending college.  In 1987, he earned his Bachelor's in Business Administration degree with a major in Finance from West Texas State University focusing on accounting and real estate.  

Chad started his real estate practice in 2003 and obtained his Texas Real Estate Broker license in 2006.  Sales experience include farm & ranch, residential & country homes, commercial, rental & investment, as well as hunting & recreational properties. 

In addition to selling properties, Chad has owned and operated farm & ranch property, rental property, and has also flipped numerous residential properties in the area. 

As a commercial lender since 1989, Chad has made real estate, agricultural, commercial and consumer loans all over Texas and Oklahoma. Working in large urban banks in Amarillo, Odessa and Fort Worth as well as several rural community banks in Texas, Chad knows the area.   As a loan workout specialist for some of these banks, Chad gained extensive experience in foreclosures, bankruptcy, and short sales involving all types of real estate.  Being involved in these banks and their respective communities over the years, Chad has made many contacts throughout Texas and Oklahoma. 

Involved in several different civic organizations in the various communities he has lived in, Chad is currently active as a member of Childress Rotary and serves as Vice President of Childress Lions. 

Chad is also a Master Mason and serves on the Finance Committee of the Ancient Free & Accepted Masons Lodge #695 of Childress. 

He is also a member of the Childress Extension Leadership Advisory Board and serves as an Advisory Board Member of the Childress Community Designated Fund, a fund administered by the Amarillo Area Foundation.

Camie began practicing real estate as a full time REALTOR^®  IN IN   IN  in 2008 and holds the SRES^®  designation.  By earning the SRES^® Designation, Camie has demonstrated the necessary knowledge and expertise to counsel clients age 50+ through major financial and lifestyle transitions involved in relocating, refinancing, or selling the family home.  Camie has received special training, gets regular updates, and is prepared to offer the options and information needed in making life changing decisions.   Prior to becoming a full time REALTOR^® /SRES^® , Camie worked as Office Manager of Chad Holland Real Estate.

Camie owns and manages several rental properties and has flipped numerous residential properties in the area. 

She also has extensive experience in retail business as she previously managed Robbins True Value Hardware and Robbins Nest Gifts in Canadian full time, and still serves as a consultant. 

Active for many years in various civic organizations in the communities she has lived in, Camie is currently Secretary of Childress Lions Club and serves as a Director, and as Treasurer, of the Childress Chamber of Commerce.

BEV ODOM - REALTOR^®

Growing up and working on our family farm near Happy, Texas set the stage for my future. Being involved in all aspects of agriculture production from financing to planting to marketing both crops and cattle was extremely beneficial. 

After graduation from college with a Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture Business and Economics from West Texas State University in Canyon in 1982, I trained for a year for a job with the USDA. During this time I obtained my Real Estate License through Amarillo College. I was then hired as the director of the Farm Service Agency in Hutchinson County.

A short career in banking followed after getting married in 1986. Being a “community volunteer” for 13 years while raising my 4 children helped me really get to know people.  Through all of my experiences, I realize that the ground work was being laid for a career in real estate. 

I became an agent in 2006 with Chad Holland Real Estate. Matching the perfect home, farm or hunting property with the ideal owner is very rewarding. I love helping people realize their dream of home or land ownership by assisting them with the entire real estate sales process.
