In addition, our REALTORS® routinely prepare Broker Price Opinions (BPO’s) for banks and real estate valuation service companies as well as for both buyers and sellers when pricing properties. We also prepare BPO's for owners for their use in preparing personal financial statements and estate valuation purposes, as well as during negotiations for right-of-way, easement, eminent domain and condemnation processes.

HOW DO WE ADVERTISE AND MARKET YOUR PROPERTY?


Sellers, when you list with Chad Holland Real Estate, your property is advertised all over the Internet by the largest and most effective syndication network in the real estate industry. Our listings are syndicated to over 50 of the most highly trafficked search sites on the Internet, including such sites as Trulia, Oodle, and Zillow. These sites display our listings on over 300+ other destination websites. 

  


We also advertise all of our listings in Lands of Texas, (www.landsoftexas.com) a part of the Lands of America network, the largest rural listing service in the Nation specializing in land for sale, that syndicates to an additional 575+ agriculture and lender based websites as well as LoopNet for commercial property.

Social Media such as Facebook and LinkedIn are utilized.

At Chad Holland Real Estate, we fully cooperate with, and share our commissions with Other Brokerage Firms who represent Prospective Buyers. (Registration Agreement between Brokers is required before first showing). 

Ninety percent (90%) of all buyers start their search for a new property on the Internet, not driving up and down streets looking for yard signs.  Potential buyers from all over Texas, the United States and around the World visit our website daily.  And yes, people from all over Texas, the United States and around the World are interested in purchasing property in this area, for land prices are very attractive and it is a wonderful area to live, work, hunt, play, or retire to.  As you would also expect, there are some buyers that just want to come back to their roots here in Rural Texas to raise their children, or they simply want to get away from the rat race in the urbanized areas.

To reach the other ten percent (10%) of buyers, we continue to use traditional yard signs and word of mouth. When appropriate, we will advertise on the radio as well as in magazines and newspapers.  We also create and distribute marketing flyers for distribution at appropriate venues.

Our cooperation to split commissions with Other Cooperating Brokerage firms who represent Potential Buyers under written Buyer Representation Agreements, broadens your salesforce to several other agents as well.
