We also advertise all of our listings in Lands of Texas, ( a part of the Lands of America network, the largest rural listing service in the Nation specializing in land for sale, that syndicates to an additional 575+ agriculture and lender based websites as well as LoopNet for commercial property.

Social Media such as Facebook and LinkedIn are utilized.

At Chad Holland Real Estate, we fully cooperate with, and share our commissions with Other Brokerage Firms who represent Prospective Buyers. (Registration Agreement between Brokers is required before first showing). 

Ninety percent (90%) of all buyers start their search for a new property on the Internet, not driving up and down streets looking for yard signs.  Potential buyers from all over Texas, the United States and around the World visit our website daily.  And yes, people from all over Texas, the United States and around the World are interested in purchasing property in this area, for land prices are very attractive and it is a wonderful area to live, work, hunt, play, or retire to.  As you would also expect, there are some buyers that just want to come back to their roots here in Rural Texas to raise their children, or they simply want to get away from the rat race in the urbanized areas.
