At Chad Holland Real Estate, our licensed REALTORS^®   can provide you with a Broker Price Opinion (BPO) to help you determine the price of your home, farm or ranch when you are ready to sell, for estate purposes, or when you need a price for completing financial statements and loan applications.  BPO's are less expensive, but not as detailed, as appraisals. There may be a fee for this BPO service unless we obtain an exclusive listing agreement to sell your property.
